We have made the following Troop 93 forms, policies, camping lists and other information available for your convenience.  You can print them out as needed, especially the permission slips. 

As you know, all boys must have a signed permission slip or they will not be allowed to go on the scheduled overnight trip.  By printing them out at home, this will save valuable time on Saturday mornings when trying to get the boys packed up to leave for our overnight trips.

Special Note:   Scouts attending Summer Camp are required to submit 2 copies of the BSA medical form.  You can print out this form below and have your physician fill it out when your son has his camp physical (please note that this is a new BSA medical form-you can type in all of your son’s information and then print out the form).

Forms & policies are subject to change at the discretion of the Scoutmaster and the Troop Committee. Every effort will be made to keep these forms updated and to keep you informed of any changes.

• Permission slips (pdf file) Type in Scout’s info once, print out several copies, then you only need to fill in trip destination & date.
• Summer Camp Permission slip (pdf file) Since the Trading Post at Yawgoog sells pocketknives (and they are a popular item for new Scouts), we require a parent’s signature indicating Yes or No in order for your son to purchase a pocketknife at the Trading Post.  This eliminates any confusion while we are away at Summer Camp.
• Overnight Camping Supply list All equipment & clothing needed for 1-2 nights of camping.
• Summer Camp Supply list All equipment & clothing needed for 1-2 weeks of Summer Camp.
• Homesickness advice A helpful resource for parents
• BSA Medical Form This is the official BSA medical form, valid for 12 calendar months. (*Please note that this a new form for 2011, required for Summer Camp at Yawgoog Scout Reservation & annual Iroquois District Camporee-please make 2 copies). You can type information into this form and then print it out.
• Troop 93 Rules & Regulations Including Youth Protection, behavior at Troop meetings and on Overnight Camping trips, and at Summer Camp, for Parents & Scouts.
• Troop 93 General Policies Including weekly Troop meeting time & Overnight Camping menu planning for Scouts.
• Troop 93 Policy for Board of Review Checklist with everything needed for Board of Review.
• Merit badges Merit Badge policy & procedures.
• Charles L. Jeffords Award for Scout of the Year Point System explanation.
• Uniform requirements Class A & Class B uniform descriptions, badge & insignia placement.
• Troop 93 apparel & accessories order form Troop Class-B T-shirts, sweatshirts, etc.
• Photo/Image Consent form For publication of photos of Troop activities, online & local newspaper.
